Tutorial instructional 16mins video (link below) showing how to lodge an adverse event report using the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care - TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) website with screenprints (images) of the online dashboard steps 1 to 7.

Images kindly provided by an Australian COVID-19 vaccine-injured person (a 'consumer' and a health professional - jab-mandated within their industry) who registered and completed their own online adverse event report and made screenprints during each of the 7 steps.

This video tutorial is a resource to help any Australians to know how to register and lodge an online adverse event report, which is then listed on the TGA DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications) Australian Government website as public data.
