FOREWARD: UNDERREPORTING FACTOR 1%, 3% or 6%?
A website viewer has made a valued suggestion and recommended that the underreporting factor be mentioned at the beginning of this information.
Many people need to know that the actual reported case numbers of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) for either vaccines or other drug products, is much very underreported. Therefore, estimated case numbers need to be realistically calculated.
https://digital.ahrq.gov/sites/default/files/docs/publication/r18hs017045-lazarus-final-report-2011.pdf states "..... fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.”
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9887513 published online 16.01.2023
states: "... only 6% of all ADRs that occur are reported.”
For 1% of adverse reactions being reported - multiply the case numbers by 100.
For 3% of adverse reactions being reported - multiply the case numbers by 33.333.
For 6% of adverse reactions being reported - multiply the case numbers by 16.666.
On the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications) in Australia, there were 141,666 cases reported, following the COVID-19 jabs (shots) from 21.12.2020 to 19.09.2025. Please see gallery image below of a screenprint directly sourced from the Australian Government TGA DAEN webpage, showing 141,666 cases including 1,050 reported deaths. If we apply the mid-range underreporting factor of 3%, then the estimated case numbers would total 141,666 x 33.33 = 4,722,153 cases. The estimated COVID-19 jab deaths in Australia calculated at 1,050 (3%) of reported deaths x 33.333 = 35,000 estimated deaths. For 6% underreporting = 17,500 reported deaths (1,050 x 16.666).
KEY DATA POINTS:
1. Please open the excel top document listed above, showing 141,666 COVID-19 jab cases (including 23,000 'Serious' cases of which 1,050 are reported deaths), sourced from the Australian TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications) up to 19.09.2025. Use the filters (down arrows shown at top of Columns B to I) and also the search box 'Find & Select' (top right side of excel document) for Column A Case numbers.
For example, choose Column F for "MedDRA reaction terms" i.e. Myocarditis, Pericarditis, Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Abortion spontaneous (miscarriages), Bell's palsy, Glioblastoma (brain cancer), Guillain-Barre syndrome etc. You can then filter the batch numbers in Column I (sourced from TGA FOI 26-1963) and also for Deaths "Yes" (uncheck 'blanks') in Column G. Please note, as there are 141,666 rows of data in 9 Columns, this is a lot of data for excel, and sometimes it does 'lag'. Alternatively, you can use the OpenDAEN database for information, which is quick and easy; but at least this excel document can be downloaded and then utilised via the filters and search box, by any interested website viewers.
2. In the second worksheet of this same excel document, is the list of 1,050 COVID-19 jab deaths reported in Australia (included within 141,666 cases, of which there are 9 deaths reported of children aged from 5 to 17). Use filters for searching which jab products (Column E) and any published batch numbers/doses (Column I).
3. In the third worksheet, is the entire list of 23,000 'Serious' COVID-19 jab cases including the 1,050 deaths reported (within the 141,666 cases, ). Choose ages in Column C to find ages 1 to 100+ (including <1 babies affected).
4. In the fourth worksheet, is the worst COVID-19 jab batch number in Australia - Pfizer ER7449 with almost 4,000 reported cases including 43 deaths.
5. In the fifth worksheet, is the second worst COVID-19 jab batch number in Australia - AstraZeneca PW40043 with over 2,600 cases reported including 16 deaths.
6. In the sixth worksheet, is the worst COVID-19 batch number in Australia for children - Pfizer FP1430 released 10.01.2022 for ages 5+. Out of 900+ cases reported, 800 cases were children (aged 0 to 17). A number of children under the age of 5 were jabbed ('Product administered to patient of inappropriate age') and within 24 hours of this batch number being released, cases were being immediately reported on the TGA DAEN of children, starting from 11.01.2022. Tragically, 2 deaths were reported of boys aged 10 (dose 2) and 5 (dose 1) following this Pfizer batch no. FP1430 (2 child death cases reported on TGA DAEN dated 6th and 10th May 2022).
7. In the seventh worksheet, is the list of 311 miscarriages (termed 'Abortion spontaneous'). Batch numbers are shown in Column I (where reported). The worst COVID-19 jab batch number for reported miscarriages is - Pfizer FH3221. There were miscarriages reported for all COVID-19 jab products (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Nuvaxovid and TNS - type not specified). Remember to apply the underreporting factor e.g. 311 x 33.333 = 10,367 estimated miscarriages (3% = 311 cases).
8. In the eighth worksheet, is the list of 28 cases reported showing 11 Foetal deaths and 17 Stillbirths, following these COVID-19 jabs in Australia.
9. In the ninth worksheet, is the list of 4,513 Pericarditis cases (including related terms), of which there were 13 deaths reported on the TGA DAEN. 50% of these cases show ages 5 to 35 (with 1 case aged <1). Coincidentally the worst batch number for these cases is the same for miscarriages - Pfizer FH3221.
10. In the tenth worksheet, is the list of 1,997 Myocarditis cases (including related terms) which includes 127 deaths reported. The worst batch numbers for these cases are Pfizer FG3712 and FH3221.
NB1. Out of 141,666 COVID-19 jab cases reported to 19.09.2025, approx. 65,861 cases do not show batch numbers (unknown, not available or not advised etc.). This represents 46% of 141,666 cases in Australia, with no batch number/s.
NB2. The Administrator of OpenDAEN.info will periodically add newly reported COVID-19 jab cases as a separate excel worksheet for OpenDAEN website viewers (on this webpage), so anyone can see the types and number of new cases being reported (including injuries and deaths). At the time of writing this information, another COVID-19 jab death has been reported on the TGA DAEN under case no. 851051 reported 20/09/2025 - Female aged 63 following Nuvaxovid, with 5 medical reaction terms: Adverse event, Dysgeusia (distortion or alteration of sense of taste), Malaise (feeling unwell, tired), Neurological symptom (affecting nervous system) & Pyrexia (fever).
This makes the COVID-19 jab deaths reported in Australia, a total of 1,051 (included within the current cases = 141,673 total), as published on the TGA DAEN, as of 9th October 2025.
NB. Please note there is a highly valuable FOI (Freedom of Information) document FOI 25-0047 published 8th Nov. 2024, listed on the TGA FOI disclosure log webpage, https://www.tga.gov.au/sites/default/files/2024-11/FOI%2025-0047%20-%20Document%201.XLSX
It is an Australian Government public excel document, showing the days difference from when a COVID-19 jab death was reported on the TGA DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications), compared to the days difference - either on or after the vaccination day.
Open the above link and scroll from the bottom of the excel document upwards. See the row numbers (far left) and then the vaccination day (Column A) which starts from "0" (vaccination day 'zero', 35 rows of deaths being reported), "1" (24 hours after vaccination, more deaths were being reported), "2" (2 days after vaccination - more deaths reported), "3" (3 days after jab day, more deaths reported) etc. You can calculate that over 50% of the COVID-19 jab deaths were reported within 21 days of the vaccination day i.e. 550+ Australian deaths were reported from day 0 to day 21, after COVID-19 vaccination. This vitally critical FOI document FOI 25-0047 shows 35 deaths were reported in Australia, at day "0" zero - the actual day of the COVID-19 vaccination day. Plus, more COVID-19 jab deaths being added daily then weekly etc.
Injuries and deaths following COVID-19 jabs, are still being reported on the TGA DAEN in 2025 e.g. Case no. 834666 reported 20/03/2025, female aged 19, death reported following Comirnaty (Pfizer): "Viral myocarditis" (3 doses shown but no batch numbers were listed).
This is still 'incriminating data'.
