142,017 C-19 Jab Cases TGA DAEN 23,148 Serious 1,059 Deaths

FOREWARD: UNDERREPORTING FACTOR 1%, 3% or 6%?

A website viewer has made a valued suggestion and recommended that the underreporting factor be mentioned at the beginning of this information. 

Many people need to know that the actual reported case numbers of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) for either vaccines or other drug products, is much very underreported. Therefore, estimated case numbers need to be realistically calculated.

states: "... only 6% of all ADRs that occur are reported.”

For 1% of adverse reactions being reported - multiply the case numbers by 100. 

For 3% of adverse reactions being reported - multiply the case numbers by 33.333.

For 6% of adverse reactions being reported - multiply the case numbers by 16.666. 

On the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications) in Australia, there were 142,017 cases listed (including 1,059 deaths reported), following the COVID-19 jabs (shots) from 21.12.2020 to 18.07.2026.  If we apply the mid-range underreporting factor of 3%, then the estimated case numbers would total 142,017 x 33.33 = 4,733,427 cases. The estimated COVID-19 jab deaths in Australia calculated at 1,059 (3%) of reported deaths x 33.333 = 35,300 estimated deaths. For 6% underreporting = 17,650 reported deaths (1,059 x 16.666).   

KEY DATA POINTS:

1. Please open the excel top document listed above, showing 1412,017 COVID-19 jab cases (including 23,148 'Serious' cases of which 1,059 are reported deaths), sourced from the Australian TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications) up to 18.07.2026. Use the filters (down arrows shown at top of Columns B to I) and also the search box 'Find & Select' (top right side of excel document) for Column A Case numbers. 

For example, choose Column F for "MedDRA reaction terms" i.e. Myocarditis, Pericarditis, Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Abortion spontaneous (miscarriages), Bell's palsy, Glioblastoma (brain cancer), Guillain-Barre syndrome etc. You can then filter the batch numbers in Column I (sourced from TGA FOI 26-3347) and also for Deaths "Yes" (uncheck 'blanks') in Column G. 

Please note, as there are 142,017 rows of data in 9 Columns (7 worksheets), this is a lot of data for excel, and sometimes it does 'lag'. Alternatively, you can use the OpenDAEN database for information, which is quick and easy. This updated excel (uploaded 10.08.2026) document can be downloaded and then utilised via the filters and search box, by any interested website viewers. 

2. In the second worksheet of this same excel document, is the list of 1,059 COVID-19 jab deaths reported in Australia (included within 142,017 cases, of which there are 9 deaths reported of children aged from 5 to 17). Use filters for searching which jab products (Column E) and any published batch numbers/doses (Column I). 

3. In the third worksheet, is the entire list of 23,148 'Serious' COVID-19 jab cases including the 1,059 deaths reported (within the 142,017 cases). Choose ages in Column C to find <1 (babies affected) up to 100+ years old.

4. In the fourth worksheet, is the list of 5,937 child C19 jab cases (from 25/02/2021) listed on the TGA DAEN including 9 deaths reported for Australian children; with published batch numbers and doses (Column I), sourced from TGA DAEN database and TGA FOI 26-3347 published 28.7.2026. https://www.tga.gov.au/about-us/freedom-information-foi/foi-disclosure-log.  Remember to apply the underreporting factor e.g. 5,937 x 33.333 = 197,900 estimated child cases (3% = 5,297 cases).

The worst COVID-19 batch number in Australia for children was Pfizer FP1430 released 10.01.2022 for ages 5+. Out of 900+ cases reported for this 'bad batch', 802 cases were children (aged 0 to 17). A number of children under the age of 5 were jabbed ('Product administered to patient of inappropriate age') and within 24 hours of this batch number being released, cases were being immediately reported on the TGA DAEN of children, starting from 11.01.2022. Tragically, 2 deaths were reported with this 'bad batch' of boys aged 10 (dose 2) and 5 (dose 1) Pfizer FP1430 (death cases reported on TGA DAEN dated 6th and 10th May 2022).

5. In the fifth worksheet, is the list of 3,704 child cases with published batch numbers and doses reported (refer TGA FOI 26-3347), shown in Column I. 6. In the sixth worksheet is a "Pivot Table" for the child C19 vax batch numbers & doses. It is a little bit complicated to use, hence the pdf above of the 10 worst child C19 vax batch numbers and additional batch numbers shown. 

7. In the seventh and final worksheet is a table called "19099 cases 18-30 inc 20 deaths" which was added on 10.08.2026 specifically showing out of the 142,017 cases, there are 19,099 cases of young Australians reported on the TGA DAEN aged 18 to 30 years, following the COVID-19 jabs, Within these 19,099 reported cases, 2,997 are deemed "serious" of which there are 20 reported deaths (aged 18 to 30) i.e. 10 females and 10 males. NB. Of the COVID-19 jab cases reported, only about 50% of cases show batch numbers. However, for children's cases reported on the TGA DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications), 62% of cases include batch numbers i.e. 5,937 child cases reported to 6.2026 = 3,704 reveal batch numbers.

It is an Australian Government public excel document, showing the days difference from when a COVID-19 jab death was reported on the TGA DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications), compared to the days difference - either on or after the vaccination day. 

Open the above link and scroll from the bottom of the excel document upwards. See the row numbers (far left) and then the vaccination day (Column A) which starts from "0" (vaccination day 'zero', 35 rows of deaths being reported), "1" (24 hours after vaccination, more deaths were being reported), "2" (2 days after vaccination - more deaths reported), "3" (3 days after jab day, more deaths reported) etc. You can calculate that over 50% of the COVID-19 jab deaths were reported within 21 days of the vaccination day i.e. 550+ Australian deaths were reported from day 0 to day 21, after COVID-19 vaccination. This vitally critical FOI document FOI 25-0047 shows 35 deaths were reported in Australia, at day "0" zero - the actual day of the COVID-19 vaccination day. Plus, more COVID-19 jab deaths being added daily then weekly etc. 

Injuries and deaths following COVID-19 jabs, are still being reported on the TGA DAEN in 2026 e.g. Case no. 878277 reported 18/07/2026, male aged 60 (death reported following Comirnaty - Pfizer): "Abdominal pain upper; Aphonia; Arthralgia; Autoimmune vasculitis; Decreased appetite; Paralysis and Vomiting."  Case no. 878506 reported 21/07/2026, male aged 23 (death reported following Comirnaty - Pfizer): "Adverse event". As per TGA DAEN accessed 10.08.2026.

This is still 'incriminating data'.
